I was barely alive then (born in '68) but learned of this band in the mid 80s, then heard this album cranked over the PA at a Grateful Dead concert & let's just say I was hooked.... liquid 25 (you know what I mean ) & the deal was sealed. Played violin growing ups& was bored with it, moved to guitar....don't regret it. However, D La Flamme is seriously one of the best musician's these ears have ever heard, seriously. May he RIP. IABD is one of the best musical groups I've ever heard....and I'm a metalhead! I can see where Deep Purple cribbed from them, no disrespect to DP, they're my fave. But this band was absolutely unbelievable.... wow

I was in college in Mass. And saw this on a show called In Concert, it was simulcast out of a station in Boston, so you found a friend with a good stereo, I bought the album and have listened to it ever since. One of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard.

Was lucky enough to be turned on to this in my teens during the late 1980s...I was listening to thrash metal at the time but something about this album appealed to me...and Time is actually really a heavy tune. He really is the ultimate dude David isn't he!!!? Too cool for the world almost...almost.
